I have extensive experience in all forms of anxiety disorders and depression, and with OCD, body dysmorphia, skin and hair picking (trichotillamania) and DPDR (depersonalisation and derealisation).

I also have a lot of experience with the kinds of difficulties which can underpin anxiety and depression, such as low self-esteem, perfectionism, childhood trauma and interpersonal difficulties  

I am increasingly experienced in treating personality disorders and complex trauma. I also have a lot of experience with relationship difficulties, grief, and complex grief.
